Overview
What this course covers
PTC MathCAD is a calculation environment built for engineering work: equations, units, and results stay readable as a worked document rather than hidden inside spreadsheet cells or code. This course covers using it for the calculation and documentation tasks that recur in mechanical, structural, and industrial engineering.
The 16 hours move from MathCAD fundamentals and material resistance equations through the core and advanced toolset — equation handling, symbolic calculation, matrix operations, and the programming toolbar. The emphasis is on calculations that are traceable and automated, and on technical reporting that stays clear.
